By purchasing from this website and paying for shipping you acknowledge that the courier is a third party delivery service. We do not control timeframes or how they control their services.

We are not responsible for and will not pay for any loss, damages, costs or expenses related to a third party couriers delivery service included (but not limited to) any damages caused to the goods once the goods are loaded by the courier at our premises or during transport and delivery.

There are no refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All payments must be made in Australian dollars (AUD$). We accept Visa (Credit and Debit), PayPal and Mastercard. All credit and debit transactions are processed by Commonwealth Bank, so you can have confidence that our online ordering service is secure.

We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery if your card issuer refuses to authorize payment.
